You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All orders are built right in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We have inventory on hand and are also able to build as much inventory as needed and will process your order as fast as possible!

NMEA 2000 Communication (Option $379) The National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA 2000) is a communication standard used on boats to allow various electronic devices to share data with each other over a single network. It's essentially a "plug-and-play" system that enables devices like chart plotters, depth sounders, engine monitors, and autopilots to communicate and share information, simplifying integration and enhancing boat operation. This option includes the battery connector but does not include external wiring.

CAN Bus J1939 Communication (Option $379) Built upon the Controller Area Network (CAN) bus, SAE J1939 is a high-level communication protocol that standardizes data exchange among electronic control units (ECUs) in heavy-duty vehicles. This option includes the battery connector but does not include external wiring.

Victron BMS-CAN Interface (Option $379) Allows our battery to connect and communicate with a Victron System and controller. Typically, a 500Kbps communication rate. This option includes the battery connector but does not include external wiring.

RS-485 Interface (Optional $379) Direct connection to the internal BMS (Battery Management System) allows for external configuration of the battery and enables manual control for more integrated projects. Includes an 8 pin RS 485 connector.
