Warranty Policy

Solid State Marine Inc. (SSM) warranties its batteries from any defects in materials and workmanship for 8 years from the date of purchase. If you have a quality issue with a product, we will repair or replace any defective battery at no charge. Contact our customer service department with proof of purchase to arrange for repairs.

The average lifespan of a Solid State Marine battery is 3,000 recharge cycles, or roughly 5 – 10 years with regular use that is appropriate to what the battery is designed for (see the specifications of the battery).

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product is modified in any way.

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
