You’ll be able to choose from multiple shipping options to find the speed and carrier that work best for you. Please note that all 8D-case batteries are shipped exclusively via freight due to their size and weight.

SSM offers free lifetime technical support & free battery analysis.

Returns


Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To request a return, please contact us first so we can review your order and provide next steps.

Return Eligibility
• Batteries must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all accessories.
• Voltages and internal BMS data will be verified to confirm the product has not been used.
• Undamaged batteries that meet these requirements are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@solidstatemarine.com or call 401-608-0077 to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back.

Attention

If a battery needs to be returned to Solid State Marine for any reason, it must be shipped in a UN-approved shipping box.

If you did not keep the original packaging, we can provide certified return packaging.

The cost for replacement UN packaging for batteries up to 50 lbs is $25, plus the actual shipping cost to your location.

For batteries weighing over 50 lbs, please contact us for a custom packaging and shipping quote.
