Warranty Policy


Solid State Marine Inc. (SSM) warranties its batteries from any defects in materials and workmanship for 8 years from the date of purchase.

If you have a quality issue with a product, we will repair or replace any defective battery at NO charge.

The average lifespan of a Solid State Marine battery is 3,000 recharge cycles, or roughly 5 – 10 years of regular use appropriate to the specifications of that battery design.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
This warranty becomes void if the product is modified in any way.


Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
