Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns of undamaged batteries may be issued full refunds less a 5% restocking fee. Please note voltages and internal BMS data will be checked for any usage.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. SHIPPING

In the event buyer’s Battery needs to be returned to SSM for any reason, it must be shipped in a UN approved shipping box. If buyer did not save the original packaging, we will need to send buyer packaging to return the Battery. The cost of this service for Batteries weighing up to 50 lbs will be $25 plus the actual shipping charges to the destination. For batteries weighing more than 50 lbs, buyer will need to contact SSM for a box and shipping quote.
